STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION
Structural integration achieves it's results by manually manipulating the muscles and soft connective tissue called fascia. Fascia surrounds and penetrates the muscles and all other structures of the body and gives the body it's shape. Our bodies are constantly affected by the forces of gravity. When we are out of balance, gravity drags us down. This causes the fascia to shorten and thicken in patterns of strain and tightness. This leads to structural misalignment. STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION works to free these holding patterns and fascia restrictions to move the body back into balance. STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION takes place in a series of ten sessions. Each session builds on the previous session and prepares the body for each succeeding session. A feeling of well being and self confidence develops as the structure returns to its dynamic, upright support. Daily tasks and athletic performance are enhanced as the energy that is locked up in maintaining support is freed. the treatments result in freer flowing energy that will enhance the body's total physiological and psychological function.
Try a STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION session and feel the amazing results!
DEEP TISSUE SPORTS MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Sports Massage is not just for athletes. Everyone gets the same type of strains, sprains, and overuse injuries. The three main types of Sports Massage are: Performance, Maintenance and Rehabilitation. Performance Sports Massage is done at a sporting event or training session. The goals are to help the athlete prepare for or recover from their training or competition. With Maintenance Sports Massage, we focus on helping the athlete stay injury free during their training. We can identify minor problems before they develop into major problems. In Rehabilitation Sports Massage, the focus is on getting the athlete as symptom-free as possible after a medically diagnosed condition. In most cases the athlete uses massage as a complimentary aspect to their recovery.
DEEP TISSUE SPORTS MASSAGE will help relieve your pain and discomfort, and increase your athletic performance potential!

Some people may say, "why spend that much on a massage? It's a massage." Your body is too important to you! It deserves it and so do you!
A WORD FROM KRIS:
Some people say, "why spend that much when I can pay for a $45 massage?" SIMPLE! You get what you pay for!
I've been seeing Gary for almost 2 years now and he's the best massage therapist I've ever had, PERIOD! Throughout my baseball career I've had many different massages therapists, and I've also visited tons of spas while I travel. Of all these massages I've had Gary is the most detailed, attentive and professional He was so good at his profession, I had to talk Gary and his family into moving out of Florida and coming up to Atlanta. Now he's here and ready for everyone to use his services, most importantly me and my wife, so take advantage of it! I think it's a rare circumstance I've run into someone of Gary's qualifications, so I'm taking advantage of it as much as I can. My body needs to be in tip-top condition, and Gary gets me there and keeps me there. Give him a call and see what I'm talking about, it's the only way one can truly tell. I can talk about it all day, but you're the one that needs to see first hand.
Like I said above, Gary gives 100% every time he puts his hands to work. He wants to rid your body of aches and pains, and he'll spend as much time is needed to get it done. He doesn't "go through the motions", he makes sure he leaves your body feeling refreshed and recovered. A lot of therapist are just the opposite, they like to have a set routine that needs to be done a certain way for every person they see. That doesn't work! Everyone is different and demands a different massage. Sometimes the same person needs a different massage every time he or she gets a massage. Body's change day to day, and after one massage the body changes forever. Gary's expertise and knowledge of the body and of massage is off the charts. You pay a little more, than the massage therapist just out of school, for someone that is of Gary's caliber...plain and simple! TRUST ME, THERE'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Nothing is worse than leaving a massage feeling like someone just took your money. Gary's worth every penny. It shouldn't matter the cost when it comes to your health anyways. Go see the best!
