The Benson Wellness Center is conveniently located in a prime location in the Cumberland Festival Shopping Center on Cobb Parkway. Situated in the suite next to Planet Smoothie, it is a spacious 4,600 square foot facility dedicated to helping each person that walks through the door obtain a better way of life. As well as offering premier chiropractic and massage service, Benson Wellness Center is home to Old School Gym personal training facility. It is Atlanta's one-stop-shop for total body fitness. From rehabilitation to sports-specific training, we offer a way for each client to reach or exceed their body's potential.
The facility features newly renovated showers and changing rooms for each clients use. The gym portion features quality workout equipment, such as Flex, Stride, Body Master, GymCor, Hammer Strength, Precor and Life Fitness, all the equipment one would need in order to help meet their individual goals. The chiropractic and massage services offer high-end service and equipment also.
